ComConnect
ComConnect is a scalable, real-time event collaboration platform built using a microservices architecture. It integrates Node.js, MariaDB, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, and WebSockets to enable seamless communication and efficient event management. The system supports real-time chat, live geolocation tracking, role-based workspace management, and task coordination for event teams. Kafka handles event streaming, while Redis and Firebase power caching and notifications. Dockerized services ensure high availability and easy deployment, with the entire system hosted on AWS EC2 and Elasticache. ComConnect delivers a fast, reliable, and collaborative environment for organizing and managing large-scale events effectively.
